The building services maintenance division undertakes planned and reactive maintenance of commercial lighting, power, fire alarms, heating, air conditioning and plumbing for clients within the retail and leisure sectors.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical services (lighting, power, BMS, fire alarm systems) for small retail outlets from Newcastle to Leeds for a national food /convenience goods retailer. You will also be responsible for the first line repair to all instore HVAC services.
Person Specification:
You will be an electrician by trade but it is essential that you have maintenance experience within a commercial facilities environment. You must be a good building services all rounder with experience of first line maintenance to HVAC services. A current driving license is essential.
Salary and Benefits :
Salary £24k to £25k + Van + Pension
