Services covered include planned and reactive maintenance of commercial mechanical and electrical building services and building fabric, cleaning, security. catering and grounds maintenance.
Job Description:
Reporting to the senior contracts managers, you will be responsible for the day to day management of mechanical and electrical building services maintenance engineers, client liaison & resource control of maintenance contracts for commercial clients.
You will also be commercial responsible for your contracts, reporting monthly on profit per contract.

Person Specification:
You must have previous experience of managing maintenance engineers on commercial maintenance contracts and have progressed from either an electrical or mechanical trades background. You must commercial awareness of the contracts that you are currently managing.
Salary and Benefits :
c£33k + Car + Pension (3%) + 22 days holiday + sick pay
