Services covered include planned and reactive maintenance of commercial mechanical and electrical building services and building fabric, cleaning, security. catering and grounds maintenance.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for servicing and breakdowns of electrical building services including lighting, power and BMS.
You will also provide maintenance services to either commercial heating plant or air-conditioning equipment. Your area will cover teh North West and surrounding areas and your client base will include banks, commercial offices and healthcare facilities.

Person Specification:
It is essential that you have previous experience of electrical building services maintenance in commercial buildings and either commercial ACS or a current safe handling of refrigerants certificate. A current driving license is essential.
Salary and Benefits :
Salary to £27k + van + OT + Call Out Allowance £75 1 week every 6. 3% pension and private health after a qualifying period. 22 days holiday
