Maintenance arm of a group of properties with turnover in excess of £1bn. The core business of the maintenance division is planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical building services for commercial clients across the UK.

Operating as a working supervisor you will be responsible for a team of 11 M&E engineers across the North East region who deliver mechanical & electrical building services maintenance for commercial, healthcare and public sector clients. The services maintained will include power, lighting, air-conditioning, refigeration and commercial / domestic heating. Reporting to the Area Contracts Manager you will liasie with clients, price extra works and be the first port of call for any engineering problems. There are excellent prospects as this internation company continues to expand. You will be expected to be on the tools up to 25% of your working week.

You will have either an electrical or mechanical building services trades background and have previous experience of working as a supervisor within a maintenance environment.

c£30k + Insignia Estate + Pension (5%) + 22 days holiday + OT where applicable + 5% pension after a qualifying period + BUPA + 22 days holiday. Share save scheme.
