Their solutions include print & copy management, email & web protection, network & security management and hosted voice.
Their services include training (both bespoke and scheduled courses), onsite consultancy and installation, telephone and web-based technical support, and deployment assistance.
Job Description:
Your role is to sell Hosted Voice services, via telephone, email, web and face to face selling. Existing accounts and leads will be supplied from time to time but proactive sales generation from scratch is expected.
Targets will be our existing customer base and new SME organisations within the Leeds area and Yorkshire generally. The role is primarily office based in our Leeds office with flexibility to work remotely. Travel around the UK is expected for prospecting, customer visits and other events as required.
In order to fulfill your role you will be involved with:
Prospecting - cold calling to generate new opportunities and sales
Presentation & demonstrations - face to face, on the telephone or via web conference
Meetings - to set up and attend customer meetings with influential decision makers
Proposal - to write and offer solutions and match needs to customers
Negotiations - to negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications.
Account set up - assist the customer in all aspects of a smooth account set up
Service - stay in touch with existing customers advising on new releases / developments
On-going management - to nurture existing relationships
Exhibitions - to represent and promote the company by attending tradeshows

Person Specification:
This opportunity will appeal to a self-starter who would be able to capitalise on a ground floor opportunity in a new exciting technology area.
You will be a target driven high achiever who has at least 1 year's sales experience which will include telephone contact with customers. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills - you will be highly motivated with an optimistic attitude and a dedicated team player.
You will get to know the technologies behind the benefits to customers, and will be able to demonstrate solutions either face-to-face or on-line and will then work with prospects to fulfil the business.
A good telephone manner, persistence, energy and willingness to get stuck in and learn quickly are all essential to success in this role. You will also be internet savvy and interested in learning new technologies. You will be encouraged to develop your skills and progression to team leader may be available in the future.
Salary and Benefits :
c£20,000 basic with OTE salary of c£40k + laptop + mobile + 25 days holiday
